Two words. Two broths.

In Vietnamese, bò means beef and gà means chicken. Each broth is made on its own, for a deeper, more savory finish.

From the placemat

Nothing is rushed. Nothing is unnecessary.

Rooted in Vietnamese tradition and refined through a Korean sensibility, Bò and Gà keeps things simple, just like the name: two broths, made with time, patience, and attention to detail, and letting each ingredient speak for itself.
